Oceanside beach state park is one of the best beaches on the Oregon coast for engagement photos, anniversary photos, and even wedding portraits.

Lizzie & Jake reached out to me while they were planning their honeymoon in the Oregon Coast and wanted to have photos to document this exciting new chapter in their lives as newlyweds! They were so much fun to shoot and completely fell in love with the Oceanside. I mean can you blame them? It’s pure magic! In my opinion, Oceanside Beach State Park is one of the best beaches on the coast for engagement photos, anniversary photos, and even wedding portraits. It’s a smaller beach, and often times less crowded than some of the more popular Oregon beaches (i.e Cannon Beach, Cape Kiwanda etc.).

Keep in mind you have to walk THROUGH a cave to get to the real good stuff. So, it’s important to wear comfy shoes and keep an eye on the tides the day of your shoot. Oceanside Beach is filled with caves, giant jagged rocks and lots of smaller pebbles down the coast. It’s dreamy & gives me Mediterranean vibes. Also, It’s apparently a great place to find agate? Who knew!
