Adam and Amanda tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony at Union Pine, a stunning wedding venue in the heart of Portland. As their Union Pine Portland wedding photographer, I had the pleasure of capturing every moment of their special day. Adam and Amanda’s wedding was a beautiful celebration of their uniqueness as well as their love for each other. Their joy was palpable throughout the entire day. Adam and Amanda steered clear of most traditional wedding tropes and played by their own rules.
These two got ready together in the loft space at Union Pine. While this is a newer wedding trend that I’m absolutely loving, it might not be for everyone! Amanda wore an amazing green velvet jump suit and Adam was decked out in a vintage suit and bolo tie. They spent the morning of their wedding getting ready with three of their best friends. Therefore really getting to take in this intimate time together. We had plenty of time aloted for some fun wedding day portraits in the loft space before the day unfolded.
Soon afterward, their guests started to arrive to Union Pine. They had a quick and sweet ceremony followed by pizza, vegan wings, cake and video games. If you’re looking for inspiration on how to have a unique wedding your own way, let this be your guide!
Union Pine is a unique and stylish venue that perfectly captures the industrial-chic vibe that Portland is famous for. High ceilings, exposed brick walls, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light, are a perfect backdrop for modern – non traditional Portland weddings.
Getting to be a wedding photographer at Union Pine is always such a treat. From fun portraits in the loft, to plenty of natural light for candid shots of their guests it’s such a great space.
In conclusion, Adam and Amanda’s wedding at Union Pine was a beautiful and unforgettable celebration of their love.
