These Crater Lake engagement photos give me Taylor Swift Folklore vibes. I met Emily and Neil at another clients wedding and we instantly connected. I remember Emily whispering to me “As soon as he pops the question, I’m emailing you.” And she did just that, haha! Love a lady who stick to their word!!

They knew they wanted their engagement session to be as adventurous as they were. After debating on a few of Oregons best landscapes they landed on Crater Lake for their Engagement photos. It was my first time visiting and I was at a loss for words over how vast and gorgeous the landscape is. Through these two beautiful humans in the mix? I mean.. the photos speak for themselves.

If you’re planning to take your engagement photos at Crater Lake I recommend driving in from the North or South Entrance around Rim drive and making a few stops along your trip. Give yourself plenty of time to take in all of the sites. And make sure to do some short hikes to find the best hidden gems! We gave ourselves 4+ hours for their engagement photos so we could take it slow and enjoy all Crater Lake has to offer. We stayed until sunset and popped a bottle of champagne to celebrate the epic day!
